We are delighted to once again be sponsoring the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award at the Red Rose Awards 2017.
The Red Rose Awards is the event where Lancashire business, commerce and industry are celebrated. It provides the best possible platforms to promote success, and to encourage trade in the county.
With 25 awards up for grabs in various sectors and business size categories, there’s something for all businesses in Lancashire to aim for.
Since Lancashire Business View launched the Awards in 2011, they have steadily grown and have now become the centrepiece attraction for the county’s business community with a sell-out ceremony in the magnificent Empress Ballroom at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens.
Gillian Bardin, Director at Mattioli Woods plc Preston office said: “2016 saw the launch of the CSR award category and we are again pleased to be involved with the Red Rose Awards by sponsoring this award. We will be involved with the judging of the awards and look forward to reviewing the applications and the interview process, which will hopefully demonstrate the best CSR programmes Lancashire businesses offer.
The charity partner for 2017 is Cash For Kids, this is a charity that we nominated to support throughout 2016. Nationally, Mattioli Woods plc support Breast Cancer Now, whilst each office around the UK look to support and fund raise for causes in their local areas. Due to our own CSR programme we are thrilled to sponsor this category once again”
Richard Slater, publisher of Lancashire Business View, said: “The Red Rose Awards give businesses in the county the opportunity to shout about the great things they do and achieve.
“With at least one category applicable to every business we hope they’ll grasp this opportunity to promote their success by entering.”
